What kinds of behaviors should be reported?

Through this channel, behaviors that may constitute a breach of current legislation and internal regulations of Show Your Magic Group S.L. Specifically, irregularities and breaches in the following areas and topics should be reported through this Whistleblowing Channel:

Occupational Health and Safety, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment;

Professional development, equal treatment and opportunities, or any form of discrimination;

Relationship with third parties (conflicts of interest, gifts, fraud, corruption, bribery, illicit payments or insider trading and CSR);

Competition Law or Unfair Competition;

Intellectual or industrial property;

Protection of personal data;

Non-compliance with policies and legal regulations (labor, tax, or legal in general);

Environment and sustainability;

Financial matters

In the case of a harassment report, the established protocol for such cases will be followed.

What behaviors are NOT covered by this channel?

This channel does not address complaints and claims submitted by customers, which should be channeled through their “Customer Service”.

The channel guarantees anonymity, as well as confidential and non-reprisal treatment regarding any report made in good faith.
